0781 Redesign: Cut scope contingency

Overview

Parts of the 0781 redesign are being descoped to fast track technical implementation.

• The proposed Medical Records and Upload Supporting Documents sections have been descoped.
• The Supporting evidence document types page and the Type of medical providers page have been moved to after behavioral changes summary page.
• The Review information about your mental health conditions page will conclude the 0781 flow.
• The existing VA and PMR pages in the Section 3: Supporting Evidence in the 526EZ flow will be updated with radio buttons to address a gap in parity with the updated 0781 paper form:

"Did you receive treatment at this facility related to the impact of any of your traumatic events?"

RE: 0781 Paper Sync Cut Scope discussion from today’s meeting here’s what was decided for changes:

• 0781 review page - cut this page back to content only,
• Evidence upload page drown down box - out of scope
• Any conditional content to support the user with their supporting document in the 526 flow - out of scope
• The two new pages for Supporting evidence document types and Type of medical providers - will stay in the 0781 flow. might want to include something about how they will answer more questions regarding their supporting evidence

I've taken a pass a refining this ticket, which I'm working off to pair with Rueben on updating the Figma comps based on the new flow. Please review and let me know if I'm heading in the right direction.

I completed creating the comps and prototyping the new descoped flow.

I will be OOO on Friday 2/14 and Monday 2/17. I look forward to implementing any feedback or revisions you have on Tuesday 2/18.

Open questions:

• Some of the existing copy on the 526 pages in this flow may not align with current standards. Would updates be within scope?
• The existing 526 pages in this flow include some v3 components. Are minimal adjustments (e.g., background color changes) or major updates (such as upgrading from v1 to v3 components) within scope?
• The old list loop is missing a heading and description at the top.
