Fix petal keepouts in endofnight web app

The keepouts currently look like this:

These are the correct keepout polygons but, since they have a rectangular outer envelope, they are not very helpful as overlays. The fix is to edit the keepouts by hand to have an outer envelope closer to the pie wedge shape. These edited polygons would then replace the polygon read from the summary ECSV metadata.
