I created a small vm on Jetstream via Exosphere to test Kaitai, because it needs Java, and I do not have it on any of my machines.

@pibion we could actually use the instance also to have a shared environment where we can both manage the JupyterHub deployment.

@pibion if you put your SSH public key and the key of any of your students here, I can add them to cdmsdev, so you can login to the instance.
