feat: add Hindsight

Hindsight repo and its evaluation repo The main repo includes only a native build of three components: a client, a coordinator and a collector. The evaluation repo includes Docker containers for its coordinator and its collector. (Figure out how the client is used in the evaluation repo.)

• Create a repo / fork packaging the project as K8s services.
• Create a Helm chart.
• Install it into this repo.
• IDEA: eBPFs could be used internally in the client?
• IDEA: They also have a Pathfinder repo that figures out where manual instrumentation may be needed to propagate trace context across ? within? services. It's in Java though.
