GPU Tessellation and Compute Shader settings locked on when using Vulkan graphics #1004

Using Yaba Sanshiro 2 Pro ver 1.14.9 on Anbernic RG Cube (Android 13), polygon generation type is locked to GPU Tessellation and Compute Shader is locked on when using Vulkan graphics. I've found these settings to be problematic with some games previously and would like the possibility to change the settings. For example Blast Wind crashes in Vulkan and also crashes in Open GL until GPU Tessellation is switched to Triangle using perspective correction. Would be good to try changing the mentioned settings when in Vulkan for some games to see if they run better.

Also would be good to save either Vulkan or OpenGL as per game settings, which I can't figure out how to do currently.
