The alertmanager-webhook-signald is outdated #4

The "alertmanager-webhook-signald" uses the old protocol version "v0" of the signals.
All v0 requests have been deprecated and was removed at the end of 2021 (Link).
Will the webhook be updated to the protocol version "v1"?

FYI i have my own implementation of this over here that I test against an updated signald
