Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]

This is a super-issue that's meant to include any and all To-Dos that entail migration to Aylur's Astal.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Also see Aylur/ags#618. This means we'll have to rewrite the whole thing with Astal. There's a PKGBUILD by the AUR package maintainer themselves that will let us stick with v1 until we work on this.

There's a migration guide for a jumpstart too.

@dianaw353, you HAVE TO see this! AGS just got updated to v2 and the current config we have, which is definitely incompatible with v2, WILL break your setup! Uninstall aylurs-gtk-shell-git and rebuild with the PKGBUILD linked in above comment RIGHT NOW!

I'll also open a separate PR to merge quickly and make a maintenance release out of it (1.1.5.1, anyone?).

EDIT: To anyone concerned, you can use rolling release of dotfiles for now. The stable release will eventually get the fix merged in.
