Describe

When #6863 defined WINVER to 0x0601 it sets the Windows version above XP and includes instructions that don't exist in the XP kernel.

To Reproduce

  1. Build for Windows 32bit with discord and zt off
  2. Launch on XP
  3. Error The procedure entry point CancelIoEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

Expected Behavior

Launch
