We should keep the batch credentials endpoint around for backwards compatibility, but deprecate it and start accepting multiple offers at the credentials endpoint for OID4VCI.

Currently the new OID4VCI spec only allows one credential configuration to be used (but multiple credentials of that same type can be issued in the same request). Therefore, the same functionality is not supported in the new spec.
