Zammad user messages are summarized with robot icon

Multiple chat messages are summarized with one user icon. If the first message is a an automatic message with a robot icon, then all subsequent messages are visually accredited to the robot, even if it is a human generated message. However, If we have a human generated message, this should be shown as such.

Example

To fix the issue, we should show the user icon whenever the automatic_answer attribute changes between 2 messages.
