User Story

As an Integreat App user I want to share the Zammad ticket URL of my current chat as a QR code to a counselor to allow opening the corresponding Zammad ticket quickly.

Details

I do not yet have a good idea for an icon. We could use the 🗣️ emoji or something like that in the chat header? When tapping the emoji (or similar icon) the QR code appears. @hauf-toni may have better ideas? ;)

This requires digitalfabrik/integreat-chat#123 (new attribute in API response) for final implementation.

A generic helpdesk icon we be appropriate. We are using Material Design, are we? Contact Support, Chat Info or Support Agent could work

I would recommend one of two possible solutions:

To make it easy and intuitive for users to share their ticket URL via QR code, we could place a QR code icon near the chat header. This provides direct association and immediately conveys the function of scanning/sharing a link. The quick access reduces friction for users and makes it accessible in a very direct way.

On the other hand, I’m not quite sure whether or not this feature will be a common action in chat-based support. An alternative could be a Three-Dot Menu Placement. This would be beneficial to a cleaner UI and characterize the QR code sharing as a secondary action. We could tuck this option inside a three-dot menu in the chat. This keeps the interface uncluttered while still making the feature available when needed.

I could provide a uix design for either option. @svenseeberg you have more insight into the frequency in which this feature will be needed. Which option would you prefer?
