tootik can't resolve url, if it ends in a slash.

For example:
gemini://meadow.hmmm.zt.ua/users/settings
=>
Settings page;

gemini://meadow.hmmm.zt.ua/users/settings/
=>
Oops page

Let me guess, it's the Lagrange thing of adding a trailing /

Yep, it's the Lagrange add it :/
It may be a rather minor error, but for Lagrange users, it's very annoying
