Able to connect to JS socket server v4.2.1?

Hi, I tried to connect to JS socket server, it's version 4.2.1 but failed. This is the error which it returns me;

An error has occurred during a TLS handshake. ---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The function requested is not supported.

I think it may be version issue, because last time I was able to connect to JS socket server with no issue.

please use the following code instead

    System.Net.ServicePointManager.ServerCertificateValidationCallback = (sender, certificate, chain, sslPolicyErrors) =>
    {
        Console.WriteLine(sslPolicyErrors);
        // Note it will ignore all SSL errors
        return true;
    };

ClientWebSocketProvider is not included in the code

Really? Wait I don't quite get it yet. Can you send me the link for this one, full code? Where do I put the socket server URL?

I still got returned SSL errors;

I have tried with Tls, Tls11, Tls12 but still getting the same error. Is there any way I can solve this issue?
