Update problem

When I pull down to refresh data, the assessment data are not updated. Here you are what I have done to produce the error:

1. I signed in as gianlucamerlo (pwd: testtest)
2. after the login, a baseline was active but I forced in the backend the dates and I made an intervention active (I needed to register a videotutorial but obviously this operation is not allowed by a common user)
3. I pulled down the child screen to refresh data
4. the baseline was still available but the right phase should be the "forced" intervention
5. I logged out and made a new login. Everything was ok now
