I am really interested in this project and synthetic data as well and I need to have the testing notebooks to accelerate the reusability of this code. Can you please provide a notebook to produce the figures and generated data, please?

Finally, I managed to debug the 'sepsis simulator' and 'test_sepsis'. I can make a testing Notebook if you need 👍 .
