Soundfont synth bank selection

Not sure about this behavior. Haven't dug very far into the MIDI spec nor the source code. Don't really know the real hardware, and I guess there is some differences in how bank select is handled.

Only have a mt-32 for audio, but did get a listing of instruments from fluidsynth for the GeneralUser soundfont on a different system. Using amidi sent the string "B0 00 00 B0 20 00 C0 00" and get the expected "000-000 Stereo Grand". Sent "B0 00 00 B0 20 78 C0 00" and still got the expected "000-000 Stereo Grand". Sent "B0 00 78 B0 20 00 C0 00" and finally got "120-000 Standard Drums".

Is the second bank select (B0 20 XX) supported? Or is mt-32 limited to the first 127 banks?
