Encoding problem with Russian characters #4

When you try to create a filter with Russian symbols have a problem in displaying incorrect after creating a filter.

Open filters.php with notepad++ (for example) and add
// тест at new line under <?php

after that convert from ANSI to UTF-8 without BOM, upload modified file and try again.
