basic actions required to be doable by the inat wrapper

• fetch all metadata given a an inaturalist observation id
• fetch all observations given a inaturalist project id (see here for current use of the pyinat in DBGI). This is likely specified in https://docs.rs/inaturalist/0.5.0/inaturalist/apis/observations_api/struct.ObservationsGetParams.html
• fetch all observations given a inaturalist project id + user specified filters e.g. restricted to a given taxa level.

Note: to fetch a given iNaturalist project id follow these steps.

We found this and adapted :

- In the top search box, type in some letters of the project name.
- When the project you want appears in the dropdown, right click over the Observations option (right clicking over the About option gives you the named URL). 
- This gives you the project ID number in the URL that shows in the bottom-left of the screen (FF, Brave, Chrome - don’t know where it shows in Safari).
