dp value not actually used when displaying rounded values #155

dp value assigned to column isn't used and always set to 2dp in Excel.set_dp(), dp value should be set in the following line:

eggd_generate_variant_workbook/resources/home/dnanexus/generate_workbook/utils/excel.py

row.number_format = '#,##0.00'
