I've got a situation that is occurring so far only with one student, but in multiple questions.

The student chose the correct answers (all of them) and it was saved at 09:09:34. Then, something happened at 09:11:54 that shows as "started," "Not yet answered." Then the Attempt was finished and the question shows as not answered. However, in the question review it shows the correct questions have been selected.

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this, sorry. I have tried de-selecting them and submitting, but that wasn't it.

Has anyone seen this happen before?
