For an emergence event that is an evolution of an organism, is there a place to list the hosts and zoonotic type (what is this exactly?) for the existing organism? For example, a new brucella strain has no listed zoonotic type or host, but these are well-known for brucella in general. It would be helpful to include this information somewhere, even if the exact transmission isn’t known for the new organism. This applies to the general transmission field as well.
