Granularity of links to other vocabularies

Examples of such links are especially "see XXX for further detail(s)" and "related concept", and maybe more. Such links make a lot of sense pointing to other ontologies, vocabularies, and Wikipedia.

In the current version of EDAM, all such links have been conflated into "seeAlso", and (re)introducing some more granularity may be useful.

Not urgent, but may be useful for some implementations, and for general users who browse EDAM.

Technical issue needing some experiments and clarifications is how to define these so that they are shown nicely in the NCBI BioPortal and the EBI OLS. For this purpose, I'll start experimenting with these in EDAM-bioimaging (issue edamontology/edam-bioimaging#5), and after a success, we can do the same in mainline EDAM.
