is not valid. It should be https://github.com/ledgersmb/LedgerSMB/blob/1.9/doc/reconciliation/recon_csv.pl

But of course, this whole section needs work.

By design: this has been replaced by a much more flexible so method that does not encode the name of the company and not the internal I'd of the account in the configuration.
