Description

Add support for local k8s kind cluster in easy2use setup

Motivation

Since kind is a very popular local k8s setup, which can also be used to deploy Eiffel easy2use services. However, current easy2use repo doesn't have enough prerequisite information or documentation for the kind cluster setup.

Benefits

This will enable users to try our easy2use sandbox deployment on different type of local k8s cluster along with minikube.
