feat: support docs template

Given a docs template
When I run `terranova docs --template <my-file-template>`
Then it will generate the docs using the given template

This will help to accommodate customised docs, such as the header or content

If possible, I'd say the manifest.yml could contain a few other metadata attributes to help with populating them in the generated docs.
