Notification of Replies to Your Own Comments

This is something that I think would be hugely valuable, since there's currently no way to do this on the HN site itself.

When you post a comment, the only way to see if someone has replied to you right now is to check your own comment history on the HN site or view the thread again.

It would be hugely helpful if Hacky could keep track of when your own comments get new replies and provide a visual notification of this (and the ability to see either your own comment and its replies or the entire thread in context).
