Use the target repository attribute to filter the relevant information for a specific repository.

The basic implementation of this feature has been done in this PR: #32
What is still missing, is the ability the also filter out sources and samples at the study level. So until then the issue should best remain open.

This issue was about assay filtering. It is not clear if we need possibility to filter out samples at study level.
If the need to filter out samples at study level, a new issue should be created that clearly explains how it should be done.
