Currently Peaksel doesn't support peak deconvolution natively, but we've integrated with specialiazied Python libraries that can do that. For instance check how you can combine Peaksel with matchms.

If you do want us to add this capability directly into Peaksel UI, put a thumbs up to this ticket.
