[Accessibility/Ease of Use] Please add hover labels that give the name of slots

For any trinket type that is unfamiliar, it's unclear how to use that slot. In particular, it's unclear what the name of the slot is. That's a big barrier for players trying to join a modded server and begin playing.

Please add a tooltip when hovering with a mouse that displays the name of the slot. Thank you.
