WIP ongoing (https://github.com/encointer/encointer-wallet-flutter/tree/cl/introduce-dart-workspaces), but currently blocked because of flutter_gen. Workaround to be tried here: flutter/flutter#160151 (comment)

Once #1741 is done, this should be less than an hour effort based on the current WIP.

I noticed that the internationalization is not the only place where we use flutter gen. We also generate asset paths variables with it.
