[Issue] foot terminal spamming notifications

The issue

I was just installing flatpak like usually do but this time whenever I move cursor out of foot window which is downloading flatpaks terminal spams notifications and the logs show nothing when this happens

Same issue here.
Also it only happens on FOOT terminal.
And also this issue is only about the FOOT terminal itself, not the fish thingy.
