Set up voila server on eoas05

• voila server installed
• figure out authorization
• [x ] figure out how to update git repo for dashboards modification;
• figure out how to write notebooks in myst and ipynb (add a jupytext.toml file to notebook repo)

@slemonide -- having some issues with eoas05 voila -- 1) pretty hard for more than one person to use at once (slow response times), 2) removes any voila dashboards created during a session after logout. Can you do some benchmarking with
apache ab, along the lines of voila-dashboards/voila#417
