[PresetsPanel]: 'Save as new' doesn't create new preset

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create any new preset
2. Change any filter selects
3. Click the 3-dots menu of the preset and 'Save as new'

Actual result

The new preset isn't created

Expected result

New preset created
