Automating advance of cursor to next field during Specimen Link (collection ID step) in Biospecimen Dashboard

When completing the Specimen Link step in the Biospeicmen Dashboard (Clinical and Research), the cursor does not automatically advance from the Scan/Type Collection ID from Label Sheet field to the Re-Scan/Type Collection ID from Label Sheet field.

This is disruptive to the workflow for site teams. We would like the cursor to advance during this step in the Specimen Link process, just like it does during the Clinical collection Accession ID linking steps.
