Release 0.0.2 of gordo components

Version 0.0.2 actually uses influxdb for model building, and writes its models to /gordo

Release 0.0.1 of gordo components

Contains a basic port of healt-indicator model building (using feedforward auto encoder), and serving of the model using seldon core. The model builder does not actually fetch data from influxdb, but generates random data.
