Update Metadata to Airtable script missing #89

Hi @DhanshreeA

At some point along the line the script "update_metadata_to_airtable.py" from the Ersilia CLI changed name. This is causing all the old pipelines to fail in the models because obviously the file is not existing.
When such changes are introduced we should ensure the error does not propagate.
