Hi @miquelduranfrigola

When I revise the list of manually curated drugs for gradient (folder data/of_interest) I see a few that do not appear in our curated PharmGKB list.
These are:

{'bedaquiline',
 'capreomycin',
 'clofazimine',
 'cycloserine',
 'delamanid',
 'dihydroartemisinin',
 'doxycycline',
 'linezolide',
 'p-aminosalicylic acid',
 'piperaquine',
 'pretomanid',
 'rifampicin',
 'rifapentine',
 'strepomycin',
 'terizidone'}

Upon manual search, I can confirm that no annotations that would make our cut are available in PharmGKB for: bedaquiline, capreomycin, clofazimine, cycloserine, delamanid, dihydroartemisinin, doxycyline, piperaquine, pretomanid, terizidone
But:

If you can confirm these typos and differences in spelling I can harmonize the list

After correction, these drugs do not have significant associations in PharmGKB:
{'aminosalicylic acid',
'bedaquiline',
'capreomycin',
'clofazimine',
'cycloserine',
'delamanid',
'dihydroartemisinin',
'doxycycline',
'linezolid',
'piperaquine',
'pretomanid',
'rifapentine',
'terizidone'}
