Support for FOCI

Questions related to the (scientific) use of FOCI should be addressed at GEOMAR's internal Mattermost FOCI Team, as we currently do not have any external users and it's well established now. FOCI users are however, still encouraged to ask their ESM-Tools related questions here, and answer other people's questions if they can.
