Describe the bug
This is probably only an issue in Chrome and only on external plugins...i think

  1. Activate Sentio or Defender Deploy (an external plugin)
  2. deactivate it with a rt-click on the icon
  3. The icon does not go away - but in the plugin manager, it is not in the activated list.

Currently, I don't see this as a problem for internal plugins nor on Firefox.

the problems are with the plugins themselves not being connected to remix properly through the plugin system.
So I need access to the source code. I checked out the Defender code but it seems to be an older version, not sure. In any case this is the reason.
