Describe the bug
If Learneth loads without Solidity unit tests, it cant run the tests inside the class.

So when LearnEth is activated in the plugin manager, it should also activate Solidity Unit Tests.
this is only a problem in the plugin manager, the other 2 places on the home tab also activate Soldity Unit Tests when Learneth is launched.
