add metrics for CL (op-node)

CL (op-node, for example) does expose prometheus metrics. Would be great to be able to use that.

We do have a prometheus-package and a grafana-package. There should be importable and usable in a similar manner to the ethereum-package, shown here

yes. but there's no way to scrape metrics from the CL (op-node) because this package does not cater for that

Do you mean op-node itself doesnt expose the metrics or that the optimism-package does't currently include the flags and port exposures to enable the metrics scraping?
