MREseq Data Analysis Workflow

This repository contains mainly perl scripts that correspond to the analsisys workflow of data that were generated via MRE sequencing, as published e.g. in Wischnitzki et al. 2015 & 2016. All scripts were created by Elisabeth Wischnitzki.
