This is a fairly large task, but would involve updating the DB schema to store skill requirements and recommendations for each ship in each doctrine, and organizing doctrines into sets of ships+fittings. Then each character's skills would be matched against the doctrine profiles to determine matches. Lastly, the doctrine applicability would need to be visualized per character.

Yeah, Ronnie is super excited about this, but it's a large enough task that we should probably move it to the next release.
