Would really like to see that, so I have my shopping list on all my devices. Much like e.g. uBlock Origin does it with the filter list settings.

Not a frontend expert, but I thing this is achievable via the Web Storage API.

It would be possible with the storage sync api. The only problem here is that the storage you can have in "sync" mode is quite limited. I would probably have to write a fail safe mecanism for people that have a lot of bookmarks.
