Update template carousel card component

in the templates.tsx page we use a custom carousel component that scrolls through templates. It looks horrible.

I'd like the card to be the Safari browser component of MagicUI https://magicui.design/docs/components/safari. it should have a label and an actionable button that selects the active template (logic is implemented). they can be absolute positioned or within a small footer, this is open
