Issue not display in the drop-down list

I have un problem. Issues aren't display in the drop-down list.

Can you help me ?

env :

• redmine 2.4
• ruby 2.0.0
• spent-time : lattest version

I specify my request: I don't have access to the issue in drop-down list for which no other time has been saved.

This issue is old but is happening to me to: Environment:
Redmine version 4.0.4.stable
Ruby version 2.5.5-p157 (2019-03-15) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 5.2.3
redmine_spent_time 4.0.0

Do you have a recomendation to solve this?

I was testing the plugin and I had only 1 project for the user. If you have more projects it will show the issues.
