Now that faustedition/faust-web#204 is fixed it would be even more important to have text image linking of ge:patch lines and to have this text image linking displayed.
See, for example, http://dev.faustedition.net/documentViewer?sigil=2_III_H.2:1&page=35&view=facsimile.
Where there are patches, the text image linking might be at first glance confusing.
I don't know if this is feasible in the forseeable future, though. This issue is just to keep this in mind as a possible enhancement.

Maybe suppress the text image rendering when there is a patch?
