Difficulty closing details panel

What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

Make it easy to view the expenditures.
I viewed one and then could not see a way to get back to see anothr. Then whatever I touched took me to this questionnaire.

General feedback?

An unacceptable experience.
Need new employees who want to make something functional.
Current employees overpaid!
I had website development experience 15 years ago.
