What we’re after: As a user of FEC’s legal resources, I want to replace the legacy FEC Online Searchable Electronic Rulemaking (FOSERS) on sers.fec.gov, so that I can efficiently access and navigate rulemakings in a single platform.

Why we’re after it: To reduce our legacy application burden, boost efficiency, and create a consistent, user-friendly search experience across platforms.
