Possibility to feed user votes to database

Visualization of votes, e.g., in form of a Top-3 ranking table

Added possibility to vote. After vote a table is shown with all historic votes. The data is stored in a csv-file on dropbox, which can be accessed by me. The mechanism is simple by now, creating a new file every time a new vote is made.

More advanced visualization of voting-results is still missing. Any ideas?

At the Moment, every different row (every different entry that is not there yet) is counted as one vote.
